Himalayan Salt Plates/Platters/Blocks are a great way to serve food on or to use it as an alternative to pans to prepare food on, as it adds unexpected texture and flavour to meals.
The use of Himalayan salt plates in restaurants and houses is becoming more and more popular, as they look quite visually appealing platters for various dishes. A chilled plate can be used to serve foods such as fresh fruit, sushi, cheeses, meat, and desserts. Whilst, a hot plate can be used to serve foods such as grilled meat, seafood, pizzas, and vegetables to name a few.
– The plates are made from 100% Himalayan Salt.
– Himalayan Salt Plate is naturally antibacterial so there is no need to use soap, the plate can be simply scrubbed under an exceedingly small stream of running water with a sponge or brush to scrape off any cooked bits and then dried thoroughly with a clean towel. Alternatively, plates can just be wiped with a damp cloth after use. Dry well before storing the plates away.
We mine and carve slabs into various shapes and sizes. The table below shows the different shapes and sizes of plates we manufacture, but we are able to manufacture other shapes and sizes too.
